The V Foundation was founded in 1993 by ESPN and legendary basketball coach and my friend Jim Valvano with one goal in mind: to achieve VICTORY OVER CANCER®.
Since then, the V Foundation has invested nearly $290M in cancer research to achieve their mission to fund game-changing research and all-star scientists to accelerate Victory Over Cancer® and save lives. I’m proud to say that my life is one of those saved, as I recently declared victory over my own cancer battle!
